Morten E. Solberg (1935–2022) was a distinguished American artist celebrated for his versatile techniques and profound depictions of wildlife. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he pursued studies at the Cleveland Institute of Art, which laid the foundation for his diverse artistic journey. Solberg's mastery spanned various mediums, including oil, acrylic, and watercolor, with his styles ranging from photorealism to abstract expressionism.
Throughout his illustrious career, Solberg received numerous accolades and held memberships in esteemed organizations such as the American Watercolor Society and the Society of Animal Artists, where he was honored as a Signature Master Artist.
